Wednesday, Earlier Morning

Got up at 8 today… that’s about an hour or so earlier than normal. Laundry is being done so I can have clean cloths for work today. We’ll see if they get dry in time… no good driving for a half hour in wet cloths.

Anyway, it’s been a pretty good weekend, I’d say. Saturday night I took mom to Red Lobster as sort of a be-lated/something nice to do in the first place thing. It’s her favorit restraunt, and it’s been a long long while since she’s been before. So that was a nice sirprise for her.

Sunday I… what did I do sunday? Oh yeah! I went to Brian and Drea Fergasons house with my mom. Brian showed me his new toys and projects, as usualy. We took a ride in this old beater truck he got for next to nothin. He’s dubbed it, “Bubba Truck.” It’s a grey 88′ Ford F-150. He’s fixing various things that are wrong with it and in the mean time uses it to freight things to and from Drea’s plays.

Monday was nuts at work. Crazy nuts. I was really busy all day long. It was actually pretty kewl because I was the wanted man… which kept me busy until 7:55 PM… normaly I’m leaving around 7:15. I only took a 40 minute lunch too…

Monday night I popped by Lindsays house and took a shower. Then we teleported ourselves to Erin’s house. By teleported, I mean that I drove while Lindsay rode in my awsomely Peugeot. Laugher. Erin sitting on her computer. Joy. Erin still on her computer. More Laugher. I managed to bring Erin’s roomie, Kristin(sp?) into conversation every time she walked in the room. It’s always fun scaring… I mean meeting new people. Lindsay and I shared a blanket on the floor… for a while… then I just had a pillow to put over my feet because Lindsay is a blanket hog. blither blither…

Tuesday not enough time for tueday… I need to ge to work soon. It always seems to come to that, doesn’t it? Anyway… played Mario Party, watched Office Space, went out for Chicken Teriaki when Erin came back. Picked up… Crystol? or is it another Kristin? to many ka sounding people in that place. Pick up my car, went to watch Erin roxor the bowling lanes like only a lefty bowler can. Then Hugs and tears Lindsay and I left. Lindsay’s house, hung out for a while. Went to my house to have some pizza and watch a movie. No movie was watched, but it was an entertaining TV show. Lindsay goes home. I goto bed. Now I’m here… waiting for my cloths to dry….. I hate waiting.

Thursdays…

Well, I still can’t do anything to the site. WTF is taking so long? It’s been about 5 days now. Oh well, gives me a chance to read Te of Piglet. It’s the “companion book” to Tao of Pooh. Both are very good books. Anyway… nothing much else to tell. I work therefore I am. I guess I’ll update about the rest of my weekend since I have 15 minutes left for lunch and nothing better to do.

Saturday nightI got talked into heading to Monmouth at 10:30pm. Didn’t get there till like 11:15ish. Lindsay, Erin and I headed to the school loung/food/pool/huge TV with SNL on it room. We sat about for a good five minutes waiting for Erins friends to show their faces. They did show their faces, as well as their pajamas. So we all took turns poking the white ball with our givin’ sticks, trying to get other balls of various color to go into yonder hole. Erin didn’t play, she just watched. Because she was a pooper. I think we only played 3 games, no one but me wanted to play in the first place. So then we sat in the chairs next to the pool table talking to eachother. I got a little better aquainted with Erins friends-not not aquainted enough to remember their names. One was a happy girl who bought me a soda with her student card that I think her parents, or the government pay for. It was a nice gesture non-the-less, I enjoyed my 7up very much, thank you if you’re out there. She also told me about the land she’s from, over yonder hills and where it’s much colder than Monmouth was that perticular night. Erin’s friend number two talked about computer stuff more than an average girl usually does. She was entertaining as well. But alas, all must go our own ways… besides, Erin wasn’t feeling like herself. So we went back to Erins. Lindsay and I introduced her to a few known Flash cartoons. Then we went to bed. Erin in hers(even tho she said I could use her bed before I came… lier), Lindsay on the couch. Then there was me on the floor with two blankets, a pillow, and a very noisy space heater. In the morning Lindsay and I went home. I put a orange cone on Erins antena before departing.

Almost time to get back… LIGHTNING ROUND!! Went bowling with Dad, Jessi, and Luc. Then go pizza. Then go Pool. Then go home. Then go crazy! Work time! BYE!

There We Go

There, isn’t that better? That’ll do until I have my own page with 100% control of EVERYTHING… bwahaha

Anyway, last-day/night was a time filled with LOTR goodness. Jessi Sister, Lindsay, and Erin came over to watch the new and in blue Return of el King on a TV. A very good addition… much LOTR goodness. Not much to say… I’m not very talkative at the moment. I made pizza and PBJ tortia rolls(yuck! TO much jam!). Anyway, they went home after a time… and I was left to read my book.

Nothing particularily interesting happened today… work was work. I’m pretty into my book tho… I was up until 2 last night reading. I love these kinds of books. Fantasy set in Mid-Evil ages, with wizards and seemingly average people finding out they’re capable of un-imaginable things. In a way it makes me wonder if I was born in the wrong erra. If I were born back then what wuold I have been? Maybe a knight for a good-natured king… skilled with a blade and bow. Or a wanderer/adventurer sleeping out doors and helping people along the way with odd tasks in exchange for a bed and some food. Riding horses, which I’ve never done but would some day like to. Times seem simpler then… even though I know it probably wasn’t while in the moment. A romantisized view, the grass is always greener… that sort of thing. *sigh* I love books… they take me away from where I am while I’m waiting for time to pass around me. I doubt we’ll see a better time machine.

Well, Garion(main character in the book) is stuck mid-conversation, I should let him move on.
